Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is the central intelligence layer of VaaS — the place where you understand the health of your operation at a glance.
Unlike Dispatch, which focuses on real‑time job handling and fast decision‑making, the Dashboard shows you the broader operational picture: overall performance, compliance position, fleet readiness, financial flow, and administrative activity.
It acts as your strategic hub, helping you:
Spot developing issues before they affect service.
Monitor trends that impact long‑term performance.
Keep compliance and documentation under control.
Track onboarding progress and driver readiness.
Understand how external demand, client activity, and fleet utilisation shape your day.
Dispatch handles the live flow of jobs — the instant problems and actions. The Dashboard handles everything that makes that live flow possible: the structure, the rules, the people, the assets, and the data behind your operation.
Together, they give you a complete operational picture: one for action, one for understanding.
Below is a full walkthrough of the Dashboard’s features and how each one supports your daily operations.
Feature Overview
The sections below break down each area within the Dashboard and explain what it manages, why it matters, and how it contributes to a stable, efficient operation. This overview is designed to help operators understand where to find key tools, how they connect to Dispatch, and how they support stronger decision‑making across the VaaS ecosystem.
Dashboard
Your live operations screen. You’ll see onboarding progress for chauffeurs, real‑time job statuses, financial alerts, compliance warnings, and tasks requiring immediate action. This provides a quick operational pulse for controllers and operators.
Accounts
Used for event work, intermediary bookings, or clients who do not use your app or web booker. You can manage billing entities, payment details, tax settings, and external partner accounts — key for operators not on the Enterprise package.
Airport Fees
Configure airport‑specific rules, including surcharges, pickup procedures, holding time, and waiting time policies.
Employee
Manage internal staff (non‑drivers). Assign permissions, restrict access to sensitive areas, and configure roles for controllers, admins, and financial staff.
Drivers
All chauffeur data lives here: compliance documents, PHV badges, right‑to‑work information, account status, and document expiry timelines. Helps ensure your fleet remains legally dispatchable.
Cars
Your complete vehicle registry. Includes all documentation, inspection logs, service states, and compliance tracking so you can maintain a roadworthy and regulation‑compliant fleet.
Clients
(Enterprise only.) Includes corporate and private client accounts, custom rates, credit limits, and contract details. Also houses guest client entries generated automatically by external demand platforms.
Bookers
(Enterprise only.) Booker accounts created via your web booker or Client App. These allow users to book on behalf of their own clients and receive commission directly through your system.
Orders
A full record of every job. Create, edit, reassign, cancel, issue refunds, and audit trips. Most actions occur live through Dispatch, but Orders is used for post‑ride corrections, billing adjustments, or compliance reporting. Exports can be generated for CSV/PDF.
Reports
Your insight and analytics suite. Includes chauffeur rankings, client spend analysis, revenue trends, utilisation charts, SLA tracking, and other operational data visualisations to help you find inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Documents
A central vault for all operational documents shared with staff and chauffeurs. Keeps core policies and contracts up to date with version control and controlled access permissions.
Panic Button
Your safety centre. Manages incident reports, evidence, escalation procedures, and follow‑up actions.
Fleets
Used for grouping chauffeurs and vehicles into operational segments such as region, service class, or special project groups.
Finance
Provides full visibility into all incomings and outgoings. Includes reconciliation, payouts, receivables, statements, and your driver credit wallet system (Eyes). Chauffeurs earn Eyes instead of direct payouts and can cash out whenever they choose. Operators can issue bonuses or adjustments. All transactions are tracked for transparency and margin protection.
Bulk Push Notifications
Broadcast notifications to all chauffeurs, or (Enterprise only) all clients. Messages cannot be targeted to specific individuals. Chauffeur and client apps are treated separately.
Terms and Privacy
Where you manage the legal and data‑handling terms your chauffeurs and clients must accept. All acceptance logs are timestamped for audit and compliance.
EyeSafe Rankings
Quality scorecards for both chauffeurs and clients, built from feedback within your apps. Helps identify top performers, address potential risks, and maintain consistently high service standards.
Fees
Controls global surcharges, cleaning and overtime fees, cancellation fees, and other service‑level extras.
